Work Well Essential Oil Blend

Grapefruit (Citrus paradisi), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Cypress Provence (Cupressus sempervirens), Bergamot Calabrian (Citrus aurantium var. bergamia).

Diffuser: Simply add 3-5 drops of essential oil to the water in your ultrasonic diffuser.

Topically: Mix 1 drop per 5ml of carrier oil and rub into pulse points inner wrists, temples, back of neck and behind the ears.

Quick Pick me up: Gently inhale the blend straight from the bottle when you are out and about on the go, at work or working from home.
